A matte bald cream? I can see a market for that if the bald look takes off like the big beard fad has.

Re: Off Topic 2015
Has anyone ever tried the "toothpaste method" of removing minor sratches from cell phone screens? Supposedly you can use a bit in and sorta buff it out. Sounds like BS to me but I've seen it on multiple "credible" sites.
Wondering if any of you guys have done such a thing with any degree of success or if it's totally bogus or does harm.Comment

Thoughts on scheduling PTO at work -
I have been at my job for almost 10 years and I have #1 in seniority in my group.
How we schedule PTO in our groups is like this - the calendar goes around to all five members in order of years of experience. We then can select 3-7 connective days at a time, then we pass it on until the calendar as reached each person 3 times. After that we can mark individual days or whatever we want.
Last year I marked down the week of Christmas, but unfortunately, with my injury, I had to use a week of PTO the first week of short team and I didn't accrue any days the 12 weeks I was out, so I didn't have the days left to take Christmas week. So someone else was able to get it off.
Well my problem is this - Vacation Calendar for 2016 will be coming around soon, and I want to mark Christmas week again.
Do you all think that is kind of crappy of me, even though I didn't end up taking off Christmas week this time, to mark the week of Christmas again? Or is that kind of the reward for being at my job for so long? Out of the 74 people here (other than the 6 managers) there are only 9 people who have been here longer than I have. I don't know why I kind of feel bad marking it again, but then I think, hey that's part of the seniority perk. It's not like I take it every year...
I've actually never had the week of Christmas off. I was in groups with people who have been here longer than me or the other time I was able to schedule is was almost 4 years ago when my son was sick and I used all my PTO up by September with doctors appointments etc... so I didn't get to take it then either.
Just need to know if that makes me an *** or not, hahaComment

Re: Off Topic 2015
I feel like it's kind of expected for you to take that week with that first overall selection based on how your company handles the PTO selection.
It's like if my buddy gets the first pick in the draft in fantasy football two straight years. I can't be mad that he took the best player before I got to draft him. That's how it goes.
Not to even mention that you basically auto drafted your first pick this year because you had to use all your PTO time for injury.NHL - Philadelphia Flyers
NFL - Buffalo Bills
MLB - Cincinnati Reds

Sounds about as legit as putting toothpaste on scratched game discs to fix them. Seems like it would scratch the screen more, honestly.Comment
