I just read an article about how this guy applied for a job at one of the Huntsville stations, but he never made it through the pre-interview process because former employers said he was difficult to work with and even got in a fight at a company Christmas party! In his mind, I'm sure he thought he was the victim, what a loser.

I watched the first person video until he pulled out the gun. Then I... I just couldn't. I'm sitting here on the verge of tears man. The world... Like it just shouldn't be like this.

Even worse when sites have their videos to autoplay. Man, **** this, this stuff shouldn't be happening. The evil of someone to use a *** **** Go Pro to film yourself shooting two people.

It's ****ed up but another day on planet earth. I just watched on the news here, a guy shot and killed a security guard because he got told to put out his cigarette in a casino. A ****ing cigarette. The news must of desensitized me, because they show footage of people getting murdered and then show the ****ing body on the news. Crazy ****.

RIP to the victims.

I still haven't seen it (don't want to see it) but I can't believe any professional news organization would show it like that. That's just wrong on multiple levels.

They played it all the way through too, they showed parts CNN wouldn't even show.

I didn't want to see it either but wasn't in a position to change the channel and the way they brought it up caught me off guard a bit.

Local news stations are the worst. They will air anything. They are fear merchants who will do whatever they can to scare people into tuning in. If someone died in a car accident, was shot, threatened with violence, etc, they just can't wait to lead with it. It's all about getting the ratings through scaring (mostly older) people. Around where I live they just love fire season.

Well I mean, that's news. Not sure what else they would be showing. People don't watch to see the cute dog that walked down the street peacefully.

I just don't see the value in showing that video. We know what happened, we don't really need to see it. If you really want video, you've got the live broadcast the TV station was running.

And by showing the idiot's video, you've given him the attention he wanted.
