I guess there is no real reason to have known this before, but Intentional Talk is filmed inside Chris Rose and Kevin Millar's respective homes, and not just opposite corners of some office building with a split-screen for the viewing audience.

When I put on IT this morning, Rose was complaining about construction going on in his neighborhood four days straight while they were trying to film the show.

Don't know if true, but apparently Britney Spears "...Baby One More Time" was supposed to be "Call me baby one more time", but whoever wrote it thought 'hit' was a slang way of saying 'call' (in a way it is, but not in that context. Like if you tell someone "hit me up", that means to call/contact them)

A simple "Lost in translation (or slang)" causes lyrics to go from someone wanting an ex to call them instead to something completely different, all from a single word.

cut him some slack. I hear Canada looks at Spears like France viewed Jerry Lewis.

That these two commercials are linked:
                        <iframe width="854" height="480" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/LnZnSumfIlE" frameborder="0" allow="autoplay; encrypted-media" allowfullscreen></iframe>

When the main speaker walks by and tips their can to someone (0:18 in the first; 0:04 in the second), it's the person from the other commercial. Ok, so maybe not a "took too long to realize" thing so much as a "arrow in the FedEx logo" type of thing. Still, it kinda blew my mind when I realized it.

That the 3 Billboards movie wasn't based on a true story. I have no idea why I thought it was.

It is based on a true story. It's just that the true story isn't quite the same as the film's story.

Maybe it's better to say "inspired by true events," but it's not quite on the same level of simply being inspired like, say, The Strangers, or 30 Minutes or Less.

A really stupid concept of "based on" is like the film Battleship, which is "based on the board game." The only connection there is the title.

There was a movie that came out somewhat recently that I thought was also based on a true story but was not, at least not on the level of Three Billboards. I'll have to remember which it was I'm thinking of. Lakeview Terrace, maybe?
