Re: Things that took you way too long to realize....
Reminds me of Level 4 in GODTOWER. Probably even inspired by the Simpsons episode.
Don't think I ever got past like Level 12 of that or something.Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60Comment

It's the name of some tribe in Ethiopia? Which came first, me or them? Or did they name it after me
Founded on the core notion that we have reached a turning point in the governance, and thus the conservation, of ecosystems and the environment, this edited volume features more than 20 original chapters, each informed by the paradigm shift in the sector over the last decade. Where once the emphasis was on strategies for conservation, enacted through instruments of control such as planning and ‘polluter pays’ legislation, more recent developments have shown a shift towards incentive-based arrangements aimed at those responsible for providing the environmental services enabled by such ecosystems. Encouraging shared responsibility for watershed management, developed in Costa Rica, is a prime example, and the various interests involved in its instauration in Java are one of the subjects examined here.Comment

With some of these actor/singers/entertainers, I don't even know which career path they actually started down, like Jamie Foxx, Hugh Jackman and Mark Wahlberg. Leto is yet another one that I'm not sure of, because I knew of 30 Seconds to Mars before I knew of his acting career.Last edited by Blzer; 02-24-2019, 02:21 AM.Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60Comment

Re: Things that took you way too long to realize....
So I just realized that its Dolby "Atmos" and not Dolby "Atoms". I just got some new headphones for my Xbox and was telling my 13 year old son how good they sound. Especially with the Atoms app. He's says, "You mean Atmos?" I'm like, "No. What the hell is Atmos? It's Atoms." He points at the screen and says, "Dad it's A-T-M-O-S. Last time I checked that doesn't spell Atoms." I looked at at and in my head was like what a ****ing idiot lol. I can't believe I've been saying it wrong this whole time. I'm a audiophile too lol. Ugh.Comment
