My 10 year high school reunion is this year. They made a Facebook group and I don't even know half of these people. My school was large but small for the area. We graduated about 630 people.

I graduated with 41 people. I went to my 10 year reunion and had a great time. Only around 15 people from my class showed up with their families. We met up at the high school gym that day to catch-up and have lunch. After we ate we played basketball with the kids. Later that night a bunch of us met up for dinner and went bar hopping afterwards. We had a blast and I'm looking forward to my 20 year reunion coming up in 2018.

We had like 89 people, graduation lasted a little less than an hour

Lucky. At mine,it was so many diff people talking,giving generic motivational speeches. Then each person went up to get diploma. Each one took a minute. So do math,80ish at 1 per min on average,and thats close to 1.5hrs of just watching people get diplomas. Some i never heard of before lol(since i was i academic class,which i think is called SO classes in usa? And some were in remedial/applied classes). Then the valedictorian with long boring 10 min speech lol. So ya,1.5hrs of diplomas,2 hours of talking...boring. Couldn't leave early cause i had to return gown/hat and they didn't let you do so until after everything ended.

After party was nice though, food sucked(crackers,cheese,fruits...that was it) ,but got to see some of fave teachers one last time(since graduation was 4 months after finishing school). Have real conversations with them and basically say goodbye and all. Some i didn't get to see before school year ended since they took time off.

I graduated in 2004, never planned on going to my 10-year, probably won't go to my 20. I could really care less about the people I went to HS with. Hell, I graduated in TX and I now live in SC, don't think I'm making that trip for a stupid party with people I don't like..

Yep...Thought it was pretty good.
