Just tell them you'll meet them. Have 5 of your biggest friends come with you to meet them.
Make it a very "intimate" meeting.

I know this will sound racist but did the caller have an accent other than American?

I got a call today saying I was the runner up in a drawing that they do and won $250,000. I didn't catch the name but I thought he said something like Instant Cash Rewards. He's sending me an email with the information tomorrow. He wants to set up a time to deliver the check to me and then escort me to my bank. He never said any of the typical scam things (money order, $500 processing fee, western union, etc.).

I kept saying I'm not interested (which I've found usually deters scammers after you say it 5-10 times) and even hung up on him but he just called right back (also unusual IMO). He just called back tonight trying to set up a time and after telling him several times again that I was not interested and to find someone else, he told me that he doesn't appreciate being treated like dirt and he's just trying to help me out. And that he's going to call back tomorrow to make sure I got the email proving he's legit.

That seems like a lot of work to try and scam someone especially after I said no so many times. What's his angle? What's the scam here?
Did you ever receive this "legit" E-mail?
"In the morning he would read the Bible with another coach. Then, in the afternoon, he would go out and cheat kids who had probably saved up money from mowing lawns to buy those raffle tickets. That's Jim Tressel."

          He hasn't posted since...
He's bound and gagged in a basement somewhere.
The Gimp is down there with him.
