It certainly gives you an answer when the interviewer asks you for an example of taking a leadership role.

PS - I'm also a community college administrator

PPS - To get chicks, be comfortable dancing.

Do I have to be /good/ at dancing? I’m comfortable, but not talented.

Not really. I mean, sure it helps if you have some moves, but it's really just about being comfortable and having fun. Chances are if you are, she will be too. I was never a good dancer, just tried to keep the beat, did my share of goofy stuff, and it worked out OK for me.

I’m actually going back to school this semester for business admin. I currently hate my job but it pays good money, so I figure I’ll just bust my butt for 4 years. I have a good background in warehouse logistics, a degree would really help me go out and land at a better company.

I work 50-60 hours per week and with 4 online classes I figure that will leave me tired but still functioning. My wife says I can quit and get a 40hour a week job but that would be a really big pay cut. I’m not ready to sacrifice our quality of life just yet.

Nice man. I identified supply chain/logistics as an industry I have experience in and enjoy a couple months back. Been 5 months on the job and the only thing I could ask for would be a shorter commute. I’m thinking this is something I can carve a career out of, and a lot of people can make a good living and move up in this industry without a college degree being necessary.

I’m definitely interested in some certifications for the field. Do you have any from prior experience?
