I'm so sorry Flight, I was wanting to say something earlier but I just kept balling my eyes out thinking of my daughter that will be here in a couple weeks and I just couldn't imagine the pain you and your family is going through. I prayed every day for you and just now I had the the strength to type something to hope you find any sort of comfort.

I pray for you and your families journey as you go through the toughest time you have to endure in this life.

Flight is one of the great guys of OS. I’ve interacted with him sparingly on the boards, but in the past he has selflessly donated gifts to my Extra Life fundraising campaign in an effort to help me attract more donations. Can’t describe how much that meant to me because ‘Thanks!’ never seems like enough. This guy is the real deal. All class, through and through. No one deserves this pain, and especially not Flight.

My thoughts are with you Flight, my OS brother today. I hope you can find peace and comfort in time. RIP Amari.

If any one person here on OS knows the pain in your heart , I do.

There is nothing that I can say, brother. There are no words or thoughts that I can pass that will ease any of this for you. But I will say this. You have other children and wife who love you, you have your faith. Today is the day you have to deal with first. Tomorrow is not for today, nor is it promised to us. Be easy on yourself. You are going to feel broken, guilty, furious, a million different things all in the span of the day.

Just focus on you and yours.

I will always be here for you. If you need to talk, scream, or just have someone to be in your corner.
