I was out early this morning cleaning up after the hurricane cutting up big limbs from the yard as well as a couple of my neighbors yards and loading them in the back of my truck and taking them to the curb. While I was unloading the last load a small limb snapped back an poked me in the right eye.
Went to the walk in clinic and I have an abrasion and have to put some sort of salve in my eye every 3 to 4 hours for the next 7 days.
Could have been worse I guess as I seriously could have poked my eye out. We also got power back yesterday, so have that to be thankful for as well.
But dang it I'm ready for 2020 to be over!Texas Rangers/Saints/LSU/Tottenham Hotspur

November/December - impending doom abounds as America braces for 2022: 2020 Part III

I will say, finally a year has lived up to the hype of being the worst year in recent memory, after year after year of social media drumbeat in 2016, 2018, etc. Actually nailed it for once. Granted i doubt people will turn around and act like things are better in 2021, 2022, etc. When you live on twitter every day sucks basically lol.Comment
