Going on a vacation in the middle of March, and the goal is 250lbs!

The intermittent fasting has been doing WONDERS for me. Limiting my eating time, and mixing in some physical activity has been very good for me.

Think I'll do a monthly, or in this case a month and two weeks update for now on just to see if that helps me keep this up!

Still making great progress. I am now down to 279.7! Finally back into 2XL, which makes me happy.

I feel like I appear totally fine. Don't have a belly showing any longer. Chest and love handles need defining, but that'll come. First time I've had confidence in my appearance for probably 8 years or so.

I gained ten pounds being at my sister's house last week. We make and eat a lot of food there, and it's not all healthy.

Eh, don't beat yourself up. A little indulging once in a while isn't bad. It's about what you're doing 90% of the time, not 10% of the time.

My fitness adventure this year is trying to add muscle to this lanky frame.

A couple of years ago, I lost 60 pounds. I've added 20 of them back. Some of those pounds are muscle, but the rest fall into poor eating habits. Still have that damn skinny fat look, as every bit of fat on my body is centered on my gut.

I need an AI assistant to review all the information on building muscle since there is so much of it on the web.
