Hyperlinks Not Working?

I can't seem to get hyperlinks to work now to individual posts.

I was trying to link to this: http://www.operationsports.com/forum...post2038241311

However, when I hyperlinked it, it kept on linking me to this: http://www.operationsports.com/forum...post2038241328

Any solutions?

Strangely enough, the problem seems to have been fixed.

EDIT: Never mind; it is happening again.
