Re: The Operation Sports Terms Of Service
Did you read the TOS?
New User Posting
All new users have a 'probationary period' in which they will not be able to create new threads or send private messages to other users. You must reply to threads until this period is finished. The period is a set number of days AND a set number of posts. These numbers are not disclosed, as we do not want people posting just to get past their probationary period.Joshua:

Re: The Operation Sports Terms Of Service
I apologise for posting here - but I'm unsure of what else I can do.
I cannot post a new thread as I get a permissions error, which means I also cannot PM any mods to ask my question as I cannot find it anywhere - what are the requirements for having access to post new threads?
I sent an email to [email protected] but received no response.
Cheers,
JoeComment

Re: The Operation Sports Terms Of Service
Man, I understand how these guys feel as I just created my account last night, but goodnight Irene these folks must be blind. It's simple if you look at the posts in a thread before posting. I mean even if you skim to the last page, at least read THAT page.Comment

I joined a little over a week ago & have made a # of comments in threads already started by other forum member's and was just wondering why I cannot make any new threads of my own?Comment

Re: The Operation Sports Terms Of Service
This post is literally about 3 before yours in this very thread.
One of the reasons for the 'probationary period' is because too many people are quick to make new threads or posts without reading what already exists. When you are able to make a thread, you will see the search feature letting you know if there is already a similar thread you should look at instead of making a new one. This isn't available for making a post in existing threads, but I don't think it's too much to ask to read the thread before adding to it.
I apologize I seen the post about the probation period after the fact I posted mine.Comment

Re: The Operation Sports Terms Of Service
I know users cannot advertise things for sale and such, but what I am wondering is this: I am trying to find a nice, used PS3 console and getting it from someone here would be a bit more reassuring than just from any old Joe Blow on the internet, especially if the user selling it here was a long time member or even someone I am familiar with. Would it be against the TOS to post a simple message in the PS4/XBONE console pages saying that I am in the market for one and if anyone is interested to please send me a PM?
That would be very helpful to me. Thanks for your consideration.NCAA: Michigan Wolverines
