Not a great mission statement for new members.

        Hi ..

I'm a brand new member but I didn't understand if I had to do anything before being allowed to post or create any thread ...

Thanks to tell me what I should do now !

Jokes aside, I'm assuming you're asking how to create a new thread, as opposed to a new post.

There is a secret formula (perhaps even slightly randomized) that OS uses for new posters before they are allowed to create threads. This reduces instances such as spamming, and gets new users integrated into how the site most appropriately functions. Plus, it gives you that extra chance to attempt to try and seek if what you're writing about already exists somewhere in the forums while you wait to be instated into "white name" status.

Anyway, that formula is likely some combination of time and number of posts made. So, keep posting regularly, and eventually you'll be granted that luxury.

Since i've agreed to the TOS, does this mean I can post threads now? I have a dynasty I'd really like to post soon.

That's a red flag right there.

yep, also you can't agree to the ToS, which says no drug talk, then immediately start waving that cannabis flag around
