OS is now accepting applications for new moderating positions. Some things you should know:

• It is not a paid position, but has no set hours. You mod when you can, and we will teach you how.
• There are not 'set' mods for each forum. If you are a mod, you mod the entire forum, although we are okay with you browsing the forum however you wish.
• You must be professional and be able to set personal issues with posters aside.

If you can adhere to the above, please send me a PM. I'll be reviewing each application individually. IT IS NOT, AND NEVER WILL BE A POPULARITY CONTEST. You don't have to be a long time user, but your post history will absolutely be reviewed.

If you'd like to know what being a mod is like, how hard I whip them, or just their posting habits in general and how they've changed, PLEASE feel free to PM any of them for feedback. I want you know what you are getting yourselves into prior to any of you having issues.

I just want y'all to know that if I become mod, I will build a wall between the blue names and the white names. The white names are what's wrong with this forum. They're bringing spam. They're bringing memes. They're trolls. And some, I assume, are good posters. The NFL has become soft and our forum has become soft. #MakeOSGreatAgain
