    Yeah - I will probably do this. A locked sticky poll.

    But there will, sadly, be no discussion thread. I'm the final word on that decision, and I will not be changing my mind.

                If you really want to debate this stuff, see my sig. I have seen how the Debate Club forum just doesn't work here; period. I have been rather idealistic myself in the past, but I now know why it can't exist here. If it's that important to you, go to the new one; there's plenty of debate there.

                    If you really want to debate this stuff, see my sig. I have seen how the Debate Club forum just doesn't work here; period. I have been rather idealistic myself in the past, but I now know why it can't exist here. If it's that important to you, go to the new one; there's plenty of debate there.

                        I didn't really see the Political Forum/Thread before it got taken down. I wouldn't mind seeing it come back but I don't know if people would act mature or immature.

                        Judging by what I read on this thread it just turned out to be one big flamewar.

                                well, the majority of people on OS here are not of voting age. The demographic of OS has really changed considerably lately. I don't think it would be that much of a problem. I think if you're not of voting age, you'd have nothing to say in the thread.

                                        Nope - the poll does say that it's not only who you DID vote for, but who you WOULD vote for.
