All those test pictures show up as empty boxes. Using safari on iPad with OS default 2.0.
The pictures show up fine with 1.0 at work skin.

Yup, we are still looking into the issues. Keep all the details coming, so we can continue to troubleshoot.

On my tablet right now (Amazon Kindle, browser name "Silk") using the default forum skin 2.0, and the problem I described earlier in this thread exists where any picture that uses [IMG] tags doesn't display. I can only see pictures that involve HTML usage of some sort.

I also cannot see attached photos like the ones you posted, Steve.

Pictures function properly on all desktop computers for me though and also on my I-phone's Safari browser.

EDIT: Looks like they also work fine on my Kindle when switching to forum skin 1.0.

Will this problem ever get fixed ? It's so annoying that it only worked for a day and the stopped working again and nowI'm forced back to using the 1.0 theme so i can see pics again on the forum.

Something has changed again steve, from your test pics 1 aint working but your test pics 2 and 3 are working now

Just some more information on this issue:

Steve's images 1 and 2 are protected attachment images and can only be viewed by certain users. Image 3 is an external image and can be viewed by all users.

Of BurghFan's original two images, the first one is an inline Base 64 image. Not sure how BurghFan inserted the image this way (perhaps by pasting data directly into the 'Please enter the URL' prompt) but that's why it doesn't display. The second image will not show because it is a broken link to a Pittsburgh Penguin's logo, which has been moved on the Sportslogos site.

All of Deegeezy's images are working for me on both the 1.0 and 2.0 themes in Chrome.

As of right I can see all pictures in all threads. Not sure what has changed but thank you for looking into it.

Same here. I switched back to 2.0 late last night and could see the pictures again.

This issue seems to have returned. Also old links are no longer re-directing.

Pics work fine on the I'm at Work view but not default view.

Hi Deegeezy,

I've fixed this issue (again). Something in the system is overwriting the rules I put in place for addressing this issue. Even when I make the file read-only, it... gets overwritten. A work in progress.

Please verify that the images work again.

Yeah I figured it was something like this going on. I can indeed verify that everything is working properly again now, both pics and the links. Thanks for your help and I'll keep you posted on if it resets itself again!
