Help me pick a team.

I am new to Fifa and new to soccer. (Within the last year for both) I am hooked however. I watch as much as I can and never realized what I was missing. I seem to catch mostly BPL games but I do not have a team yet. Lots of players I like but no favorite team. I was just curious if anyone had any input on these options.
In no particular order.

1. Juventus - I am Italian so they appeal to me. I do not know too much about Serie A.
2. Chelsea - Great stadium and uniforms
3. Liverpool - Great story with the 24 year title chase, Gerrard. Great home uniforms (Road are ugly)
4. Man United - Maybe it is because they are on TV all the time they were one of the first teams I saw. Sharp stadium and uniforms
5. My 5th option would be to use Juventus but move them to the BPL.

Not sure if anyone had a similar debate or not. I am also curious if the BPL patch would show up on Juventus uniforms if I moved them to the BPL.

Chelsea for me; they have an exceptional defense and their attackers (Torres, Schurrle, Ba, Eto'O and esp Hazard) are all really, really good and even better on FIFA. They have a great history, a great stadium, great kits, and a great roster.

I play with many teams, but I've grown an attachment to Liverpool while playing this game.

I've grown attached to Manchester City since first picking up FIFA in 2012

Try AS Roma, you won't regret it. They have a good transfer budget and a great starting squad that has a Serie A hall of famer and some up and coming stars.

Tottenham Hotspur. Good budget, great young talent. Wish they were actually good in real life though...

Try Sheffield Wednesday. Take them from the 2nd tier league to the British Premier League. They have a decent size stadium so you would not feel bad when they get promoted.

I say Chelsea to both real life and FIFA. If you're new to football/soccer, I think you're best off using a team with a great squad already. Chelsea have one of the greatest squads in the world and a huge budget. Plus, they have a very rich history, and many greats have played for the club.

Give Arsenal a shot, really fun to play with. Lots of speed on the wings with Giroud in the middle to receive crosses.

Looking for some thoughts.

I'm in the middle of my first year in career mode, managing the Red Bulls in MLS and we're a top 3 team in the league.

I've got a series of offers to move to a national team from (with their goals):

Bolivia (World Cup qualify, South America Cup quarter final)
India (World Cup qualify)
Egypt (World Cup Round of 16)
Wales (World Cup qualify, Euro Champ qualify)
Bulgaria (World Cup qualify, Euro Champ Round of 16)

Anything worth knowing about those teams to sway me into international play?

If youre Italian, I say start with Juventus if they appeal to you. I'm greek, and wish so much I could play in the Greek League. A.C. Milan and Fiorentina are other interesting Italian choices.

2. Chelsea - Cheapest team in the BPL hands down. John Terry, their "Captain", is the biggest cheap-shotting idiot in the league. He makes soccer look bad.

3. Liverpool - They are my favourite team, but I would not push them on others. Too much firepower also.

4. Man United - I could never play as Man United as they have been the single most dominant team in the BPL in recent history. They have steam-rolled for a long time by buying everyone else's great players. Bothersome for some people(me included).

I suggest these teams for BPL - Newcastle, Everton, Arsenal and Tottenham.

Manchester United is my team. They were the first team I was exposed to and they became my favorite. I love the stadium and they have an incredibly interesting summer market coming up.

I would also say to pick a favorite team in the Championship leagues. Playing as Sheffield Wednesday, Oldham, etc., is fun and you can develop other favorites in the lower leagues. Wigan has become my second favorite after their incredible win over Man City and I really like what they have done with such a limited budget. Remind me of the Oakland A's in baseball.

Most important thing is to have fun.
