Re: Help me pick a team.
Looking for some thoughts.
I'm in the middle of my first year in career mode, managing the Red Bulls in MLS and we're a top 3 team in the league.
I've got a series of offers to move to a national team from (with their goals):
Bolivia (World Cup qualify, South America Cup quarter final)
India (World Cup qualify)
Egypt (World Cup Round of 16)
Wales (World Cup qualify, Euro Champ qualify)
Bulgaria (World Cup qualify, Euro Champ Round of 16)
Anything worth knowing about those teams to sway me into international play?
I've played with India, Egypt, and Wales. Out of those 3, my pick would be to go with Wales. They've got good talent, and lots of youth players to develop. Besides having Bale, there are a lot of options in the striker position and mid-fielders. The kits are bland, but as are about 90% of the International teams in FIFA. That's my two sense for you!Hockey - Chicago Blackhawks
NFL - Chicago Bears
CFB - Notre Dame (Attended Western Michigan)
Football - Chelsea FC

Re: Help me pick a team.
I appreciate all the input. My approach so far has been to just watch and enjoy soccer. Certain players are starting to appeal to me and I am just watching as much as I can in multiple leagues. I have manager modes going with Juve and Athletico Madrid. Still looking at a BPL team but I may wait. Liverpool has my heart but man those Chelsea uniforms and stadium is bada$$.Comment

For me, as I do love playing as my Chelsea, the other BPL club I enjoy playing with is Newcastle. They have a good stadium, plus they are easy to build into a power club by your 3rd year as a manager. I would suggest trying them out, and they can be a fun club to play with also.Hockey - Chicago Blackhawks
