    Yes I've notice players progress and have actually called them up to my squad.

      Not sure if it's different on PS3, but on PS4 international games don't seem to impact growth. There is no form associated to international matches and I'm pretty sure that the growth is entirely dependent upon club matches.

      Essentially, players on your club team will progress/decline every month, whereas players on other club teams will progress/decline only once a year on May 1st. (although their increases/decreases in OVR are much greater than your team because it only does it once a year instead of once a month)
