Well it ends up being more realistic. It kinda represents those players that can actually shoot a way faster shot then you, but in a tense match they don´t seem to cope with the pressure and usually miss what might seem easy for us. This way it makes us think with whom we´re shooting and in what situation, because in the demo even players like Costa made those kind of lame shots.

No this is not what I'm saying (not trying to be rude). I also want to feel the pressure and miss what might seem easy for us. But allow us to SCUFF the power shots, not change the shot into a finesse shot altogether. Even more so, let us sky ones we meant to keep on the ground.

It's exactly the same as the demo, exactly. Playing on full manual WC, 15 minute halves with slight slider adjustments has made this the best FIFA yet. I'll catch up with Matt shortly, give him my thoughts and then hopefully we can get a slider set up in short order, definitely by release day. Bottom line is anyone can come on here and type up whatever they want depending on their agenda for the day, play it for yourself, judge it for yourself, don't let a little fear mongering steer you away from what is for me a really good game.

For anyone with the Digital Code can you play the full game? Got a guy who wants to sell me the Code and he says it works now. He bought the bundle but doesn't want the code. Can anyone verify/confirm? Thanks

You can use it to redeem it and download it. But you can't play it unless you have EA access. Which only gives you 10 hours of play time before Tuesday.

Honestly the shooting was almost a deal breaker for me. I went back and forth many times between 15/16 demos and 15's shooting felt better. Just when you think that the player is about to shoot a screamer only to see that slow auto finesse shot/animation was disappointing. But I'm pretty burned out on 15 in general so I'll just have to get used to it.

Huh, I'm really surprised they made this change. I don't agree at all that the game should decide to use the finesse shot animation on its own, as now you're not sure what type of shot your guy is going to try. No idea why they think this is a better system.

This was also in FIFA 15 as well depending on if the player had the Finesse shot trait or Outside Foot shot trait. Not sure if its maybe just more common now or not but it did exist in last year's game.

Could someone please check to see if there are more CPU transfers within manager mode? For the past few years you would only see at most one or two transfers per team every year, sometimes zero.

On thing I didn't check was assistance levels. Maybe turning off the full assist on shooting will change that. I normally play on full manual, but I haven't changed anything because I was having so much fun on default settings. I'll test with full manual tonight and see if that makes a difference in the shooting.

I may end up having to make another account to get more time. I've thought that was silly for people to do in the past when seeing them talk about it. But now I get it. Stupid time limit.

Again, not sure if frequency and effect were turned up in 16 but it happened in 15. I only noticed it in 15 because of Pro Clubs strangely enough. My player had the Finesse shot trait and I scored a crazy Finesse shot goal that I didn't trigger myself and wondered if this happened in my Career Mode using Liverpool. Sure enough, with the better players, it was triggered.
