I just want to play with my youth squad and develop players. I don't care if I only have 1 signed and they have to create dummy players to play a game, I just want to develop players with game experience but not on the sr team. Maybe an under 23's team and you can use the low reserve players to play with your youth squad players. I honestly don't care how they do it but they need to add that... And for the love of god... LET US SCOUT WALES!!!!!!
Also for the global scouting network, all players that play in your country should have their ratings revealed and then if you want to scout the bundesliga or la liga to find players have your scouts, scout those players. I find it ridiculous your team wouldn't have intel on all players in your country.
These two things alone would make CM 100x better. I like CM I always have fun with it, but it can be better. NBA 2k, MLB the show, NHL and then Madden all have better franchise modes. And in that order.
