    yup, and no point in trying to explain how you feel to your girl because she'll look at you with a weird face and say something like: "so what? what's the big deal?".

    And it's unlikely that will hold up in court as your reason for murder.

        Dagenham - '13-'14 season
        October update

        Another month with just 5 games on the schedule. I must say that it was a pretty good month. The recap:

        @ Southend United: 1-0 Win. I really wish I remembered the particulars or could look up the stats somewhere.
        Vs Accrington: 1-0 Win. Same as above. Both wins against middle of the pack teams.
        @ Northampton: 2-2 Draw. Pretty exciting back and forth game. They led, I tied, I led, the tied.
        Vs. S****horpe Utd.: 3-0 Win. A showdown against the league leader at the time, Murphy scored in the 2nd minute to put us ahead and we never looked back. Scott and Woodall sealed in the last 5 minutes of the game.
        @ Newport County: 2-0 Win. Followed up an important win with another solid victory on the road. As a result ...

        Football League 2 Standings (after 14 games)
        1. Dagenham - 31 pts
        2. Portsmouth - 27 pts
        3. S****horpe Utd - 26pts
        4. Rochdale - 26pts
        5. Hartlepool - 25pts
        6. Bury - 25pts
        7. Wycombe - 25pts

        Yes sir. A undefeated month where we obtained 13 out of 15 possible points have helped us jump to the top of the standings in the early going. Scott is the league leader in goals with 8 (Alex Revell from Accrington and Deon Burton from S****horpe Utd. trail him with 7). The team overally is playing really well at the moment and I just hope they can keep this up because it is a long season. Birighitti leads the league with 8 clean sheets even though he didn't joint the team until September. Much of the credit has to go to the defense which doesn't allow that many shots on goal. I have been pleasantly surprised by everyone

        There have been no more additions to the youth squad at this time although the last report from our scouts' 3-month trips should be coming in shortly. They will go back out to scout immediately after their return. (hint: I will take suggestions on where I should them to, they're coming back from England, Scotland, and Spain). The kids are:

        - Jamie Black (GK, 44-54 OVR, 69-85 POT): An intriguing 16 Y/O prospect from Scotland who stands at 6'7", 194lbs.
        - Jordan Derbyshire (GK, 48-58, 75-93): This 16 Y/O kid from England is arguably the better GK prospect. He's 6 inches shorter than Black.
        - Xabi Lopez (DEF, 43-51, 68-82): 15 Y/O kid from Spain still trying to figure what his position is on the back end. First impression is CB.

        It looks like November will have 6 games on the table, 5 league games plus an F.A. Cup reunion against S****horpe Utd. Should be fun.

          How's Your FIFA 14 Career Mode Going?

          October 2015 Season 3

          Europa League:
          AFC Wimbledon 1 - 2 VfL Wolfsburg
          WOB: Bony 12' 28'
          WIM: Gornell 45'
          Wimbledon have gathered the reputation of playing really well when behind in the scoreline, and the goal right before halftime gave the impression that they could mount a comeback, but unfortunately in the final 45 minutes they were unable to create danger and therefore received their first loss of the competition.

          Bolton 0 - 2 AFC Wimbledon
          WIM: Moore 37' Sainte-Luce 90'

          Reading 2 - 0 AFC Wimbledon
          RDG: Le Fondre 4' Vaughan 43'
          Reading were in complete control of the match and the final score shows it. Wimbledon 'keeper Ross Worner gave away a very childish goal in the 4th minute. Worner, usually really good with the ball at his feet, dribbled the ball with his head up looking for a pass and did not notice that Le Fondre was too close to him. By the time Worner realized how close he was, Le Fondre was already in mid-tackle. Could this be the result of Wimbledon and Worner not coming to a contract agreement? It is rumored that Worner wants to leave the club and this only empowers that rumor.

          AFC Wimbledon 1 - 0 Blackpool
          WIM: Gornell 26'

          Derby County 0 - 1 AFC Wimbledon
          WIM: Ayala 90'

          Europa League:
          Molde FK 1 - 1 AFC Wimbledon
          WIM: Midson 16'
          MFK: Hoiland 57'
          A very hard fought match where Molde FK proved the most dangerous. Very few from the Wimbledon fan base were able to make the trip to Norway, and the stadium fell completely silent when Jack Midson netted his first European goal. Molde were creating many chances though, making it no surprise when they were finally able to score in the second half and the stadium finally awoke.

          AFC Wimbledon 1 - 0 Bournemouth
          WIM: Hanson 32'

          Ipswich Town 0 - 0 AFC Wimbledon (Capital One Cup)
          Wimbledon won 5-3 in penalties

          Brighton & Hove Albion 0 - 1 AFC Wimbledon
          WIM: Gornell 54'
          Wimbledon faced Indiblue's very well organized Brighton in the final match of the month. Brighton were tactically solid and hardly allowed Wimbledon to pass through the midfield line due to some tremendous man-to-man marking in all positions. Chavez changed formations to a 4-3-3 at halftime and only then was his team able to find spaces in Brighton's defensive half.

          FL Championship League Table
          1. Fulham - 38 points
          2. QPR - 35 points
          3. Wigan Athletic - 33 points
          4. AFC Wimbledon - 33 points
          5. Birmingham City - 27 points
          6. Blackburn Rovers - 26 points
          ----------
          22. Nottingham Forest - 10 points
          23. Bristol City - 9 points
          24. Peterborough - 1 point

          Europa League: Group L
          1. VfL Wolfsburg - 9 points (+4)
          2. AFC Wimbledon - 4 points (+4)
          3. Molde FK - 2 points (-1)
          4. FC Twente - 1 point (-7)

          ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
          AFC Wimbledon have finally reached an agreement with contract rebel Ross Worner and have extended his contract for 1 more year. Wales international Aaron Morris has also signed a new contract that will keep him with The Dons for 2 more years.
          Wimbledon have officially parted ways with Youth Academy players Conor Hall(England), Lee Jalal(England), and Xavier Camacho(Mexico). The official bulletin announcement stated that their youth contracts were cancelled because the players did not meet expectations, although several sources have claimed that the players were actually laid off because the club needed to free up some funds. This would explain how the club was finally able to get the money to meet Worner's new contract demands.
          Terry Gornell continues to impress and prove those that doubted him wrong as he has scored 16 goals in 16 matches (all competitions) so far! The player is only 6 goals away from beating his personal record from League 2 at Cheltenham Town, and only 9 goals away from beating Danny Hylton's club record of 25 goals (League 2 Golden Boot 2013/2014) and we are not even halfway through the season yet!
          Wimbledon will face Arsenal in the Capital One Cup quarter finals for the second time since the 2013/2014 season where the then League 2 squad surprised the nation and eliminated Arsenal, only to lose to Crystal Palace in the semi finals that year. Arsenal will no doubt want to redeem themselves this year, while the Wimbledon fans will be confident their team can eliminate them once again.
          We leave you now as we prepare for the upcoming match against Leeds United before heading off to Germany for the Europa League match against VfL Wolfsburg. Always a pleasure, this has been ChicoBass for HYFCMG. Bye for now.
          Thanks for Reading!
            What a great match! Undefeated and only let in 2 goals in 5 matches. Surprised to see Hartlepool at the top of the table. When I was in League 2 they were in the bottom 5ish. Maybe it had something to do with me loaning Charlie Sheringham to them and then recalling him a couple months later. They weren't playing him though!
            Have you scouted in Mexico? My 1 star scout found 2 high potential players when scouting for Attacker. My least productive scouting tour has been in England. Scotland has worked out well though.
            6'7" goalkeeper wow! Personally I would have rejected him because that's crazy, but there have been some great, very tall keepers in the past! (Van der Saar comes to mind.)
              Re: How's Your FIFA 14 Career Mode Going?
              Hello everyone
              I just bought FIFA 14 and I would like to start my manager career mode in La Liga 2nd devision and build my squad all the way to UEFA Champions League. I want to buy my home grown South African players like Andile Jali, Oupa Manyisa and the goalkeeper Itumeleng Khune.
              I am planning to reach the 15th season this time around (lol) before FIFA 15 release.
              What I need is a team with a budget of over $800 upwards. Any suggestion?
                Good stuff! I'm impressed with where you are sitting in both the Championship and in the Europa league! Get ready to get a real taste of money after the group stages, and just in time for the transfer window!
                  Ugh I'm pretty devastated right now. My captain, Juan Dominguez, has decided to leave the only club he has ever played for and refused to renew his contract saying he will be moving on at the end of the season. Feels like a punch to the guy even though I have the players to fill in, it just sucks losing the captain. At this point I'm not going to transfer list him going into the January window since I have too much respect for him, but if an offer does come in for around his value then I might just do it and get some value in return rather than get nothing.
                    Guys I've decided to scrap my PSV Career Mode
                    I played until the January Transfer Window and started not to enjoy it. I thought it was getting stale so I decided to delete the save.
                    I want to do a Career Mode until FIFA 15 but I don't know who to do?
                    I would prefer a team that sacked their manager in the 2013 offseason to make it realistic or a team that did poorly the season before.
                    Any suggestions?
                        I doubled his salary, but that still didn't do it. The man is determined to leave. Frustrating since he plays every game and has been there from the start. Time to move on and make some moves to replace him for next season. I have a youth player who is out on loan this season that should be ready to enter the rotation next season.
                          That is so odd. What's his reason for wanting to leave? That realky sucks.
                            Didn't really give a reason. His contract is up at the end of the season so it's December now and I went to extend his contract so he didn't hit the pre-contract market. He just said he will be moving on at the end of the season to a new challenge.
                                Thanks! After the update I figured out I only had money to send out one scout. This also made me realize that there are 3 different costs for scouting depending on the area. For a 3-month trip is $16K if you go to Asia or Oceania, $48K for North America and 2nd tier Europe, and $95K for Africa, South America and the top European countries. I didnt jave enough to send one scout to the top areas so I requested $300K in funds ... only got $78K. With this I decided to send all 3 guys out again even though it meant none of them going to the best areas. I sent my English scout to Japan, Spanish scout to Mexico, and couldnt decide where in Europe to send the Belgian scout. I asked the wife and she said Norway so that's where he's going.
                                As soon as I figured out I couldnt go to South America I knew I wanted to go to Mexico. I also had to roll the dice on a lower cost trip if I wanted to send all 3 scouts out and Japan brought me some nice players when I sent a scout there on my Alcorcon CM including Yamura who is a 16 Y/O starter already at 72 OVR.
                                But yeah I ended up signing one more guy from Scotland and Spain so that makes it 5 players in the YA. Only found one guy in England after the 3-month trip but he seems to be best prospect of them all (wishing he wasn't a GK though)
