Re: PES 2012 Option File Thread
So has anyone played around with the import/export feature in edit mode?
I am not positive, but lets say you have been editing a certain team, (I have with Arsenal) and you can export that team and save that as a single file on your PS3 hard drive. But when Mrgametight's final OF comes out his edit data will override my edits on Arsenal. But I believe that when I export that team file I can install his OF and then import my individual team file of Arsenal.
Does this sound right to anyone? Can anyone confirm this?
If what I believe is true, then it can be a big help. People on this site (or whatever site) can work on a team and then just upload the team file and not have to have to worry about the other edits we made to other teams.Last edited by richie923; 09-30-2011, 07:50 PM.Comment

Re: PES 2012 Option File Thread
Yes that is correct. I have been playing with the feature and tonight am going to be loading connell's 2011 MLS OF and then exporting all the mls teams and some of the national teams. I can't stand not having the national kits. Then I am going to reload mrgametights' OF and import the mls teams and national kits and rosters.Comment

Re: PES 2012 Option File Thread
What I am doing right now is taking the MLS and National Teams from Connell's 2011 OF and trying to import them into mrgametights' 2012 OF. I will update later on how this goes. Problem is that I have to remove some of the custom logos on mrgametights' OF to get the MLS emblems in. Importing the national teams may be a bit tricky. Some dont seem to be coming over correctly and will require some additional editing.Comment

Re: PES 2012 Option File Thread
The export team function is capped at 20 slots so I may just punt on using the MLS and import 20 national kits into mrgametights' OF.
It's fun to use the Crew but I am afriad importing entire teams is going to impact the integrity of the player database too much when trying to combine teams from multiple option files. I would rather have a Toon ML and have a full clean database for transfers.Comment

Re: PES 2012 Option File Thread
For people with a 360:
How easy/hard is the option file transfer stuff on the 360? I know a lot of people say that the PS3 and PC version is the way to go, but if I can have full prem/npower leagues, I'm gonna think about picking this one up.Too Old To Game Club
