Theres a few minor errors to the Arsenal tactics in possession since Bellerin needs to be a RMF, Coquelin needs to be a DMF and Santi a CMF along with your preference if not to have the two wingers as SS.

Also don't set Alexis to false 9, Alexis just plays as an attacker, not a false 9 in the sense of messi who dropped deep to actually create and score from deep, Even if you leave him as Center forward, he marauds around anyway as an individuality setting, also in master league it allows a smooth transition to putting Perez or Giroud there as false 9 will mess the formation up with different personnel

Just pause the videos when each slide changes and import them in manually.

I'm working on a new method similar to what krebstar has done to display them easily

Klashman, I looked for if you were doing any type of tactics this year but never saw anything on Evo Web, and never saw anything for 2016 in case I missed it. That was one of the main reasons I decided to try and tackle some, but to use my generic style across multiple teams approach I had done with FIFA.

You're far more knowledgeable than anyone else on PES tactics as far as I know. I think I'll still continue to fill out my spreadsheet just so I can finish it out, but now I'm absurdly self-conscious knowing that you're here, haha.

You're far more knowledgeable than anyone else on PES tactics as far as I know. I think I'll still continue to fill out my spreadsheet just so I can finish it out, but now I'm absurdly self-conscious knowing that you're here, haha.

I think several of your tactics are not that far from Klashman ones which is a good sign.

Let's take the best of every one knowledge and ideas!

How do you get a 2-3-2-3 formation in game? I can't seem to figure it out.

When in game plan, you just go to lineup/edit position (shirt logo) where you can change your player. By maintaining the cross button and using L3 you can move your player position around the pitch (it says let go). Finally you can use the square to assign a new function (CDM/CMF) if available.

EDIT: added Def1: Gegenpres. Intense pressing is really something Emery has bring to the team and has to be taken into account. I wanted also to assign a SS to Di Maria (instead of LWF) but the CPU always make him start on the right side of the pitch so that it safer to let LWF. It could be possible to switch Lucas with Di Maria though.

I think what Krebstar is doing here is great for us, tactics freaks, as well as for the wider PES community. Klashman or other guys here can make some teams, but we never have a very wide coverage. Of course it would be nice to have individual tactics for every team, but it's very very unlikely that we ever have that, so Krebstar's generic formations are probably the best way to go around. It's this thread above everything else that keeps me in these forums



Klashman, as you mentioned Bellerin, I would like to oppose the idea of setting fullbacks to side midfielders in "in possession" formation. While it works more or less fine when the team Attacking Area is set to Wide, when you set it to Center, then both side mids tuck inside, the team loses all the width and it becomes very unrealistic. Also, I feel it is really not necessary when we have Attacking Fullbacks option this year.

This is really true. Yesterday I tried OL tactic and despite having Rybus and Rafael set to LMF in their in possession tactics, OL had no width at all. These two players were constantly cutting inside the pitch.

Yes, I tried this many times last year and it just doesn't work.

A shift SB (out possession) -> SMF (in possession) is only done (and works very nicely) for wingbacks in 3-5-2 (3-4-3 etc.) formation. But even then, you need to give the team Hug the Touchline advaned tactic for it to function as it should.

Attacking Fullbacks makes one of your CMF/DMF basically a CD when in possession so that's not really the same thing.

I have downloaded the videos of the premier league team tactics from your blog. Previously I tried the tactics from the video of TTB and I have to say that they are some noticeable difference between your exact tactics and what is in the TTB video (very often players positions, sometime instructions, ie: Arsenal in yours have flexible formation vs maintain in TTB). It seems to me that your exact tactics are working better than the TTB one.
