Well I took the Real Madrid job after Roman pissed me off by selling Neymar (who I just bought) without my consent. When I took the job Real were in 6th twelve points out of first. Now:

    Mets/Giants/Knicks/Rangers/Manchester United/Notre Dame Football

This year I started a save with Oberhausen in the 3. Bundesliga at Sunday League Player reputation. Going to be a struggle, but I'm up for the challenge. Hopefully I can make it to a club like Palermo or Bayern Munich like I did in the last two versions of FM.

Had my first friendly against higher division 2. Bundesliga side Cottbus and drew them 1-1:

Oberhausen is way over the wage budget with mediocre players and has no transfer budget. Let's hope I can sell some players so I can at least bring in a few new signings on frees

Just pulled off one of the most improbable triumphs in my FM career.

In my second year at the helm (after being relegated in the first season), I have won the Danish Cup. It was no easy draw either, as the quarters brought juggernaut FC Kobenhavn to our place who we beat 1-0. Then the semis were against another large upper division club FC Midtjylland. We put that one to bed by winning the first leg at home 5-0 before going up 7-0 in their place. It was only after I called off the attack that they made it 7-3 on aggregate. In the finals we found ourselves up against fierce rivals Lyngby, who is fighting against relegation again this season after beating us out by 1 point to stay up last season.

They pretty much dominated all the clear chances, but we came back to equalize 1-1 in the 76th on an own goal. Lyngby looked like they had won on a stunning Samuel Yeboah strike in the 106th of extra time. I just told my players to get forward and pump the ball into the box, and in the 118th our persistence was awarded as a dangerous cross bounced in off their defender for our second equalizing own goal.

Lyngby's spirit was crushed and we won easily in penalties 3-1.

We are 20-2-0 with a 15-point lead in the league, so we're going right back up and will be playing in the Europa League again. It's amazing how quickly the team came together seeing as I let any player who requested a transfer after the relegation go and brought in about 11 free transfers.

The bad news is that we're financially strapped since there is no prize money to be had in this division. This cup run could save that if I'm able to sneak into the Group Stage.

Made it to the winter transfer window in my first season in charge of Westerlo in the Belgian Juplier First Divison and all is well so far in the league

We've had a good run so far although injuries are starting to creep up big time and since the board is offering very little in the transfer and wage budgets I'm stuck with loans, which will hurt me in the long run.

We crashed out of both the Cofdis Cup and Europa League with devastating loses that made me question why I play this game. Hopefully now that I just have the league to focus on the injuries will be less and the wins will stack up and I can bring Westerlo their first top league championship.

Wanted something completely different this year so I decided on a Journeyman save. I started unemployed, loaded pretty much every league and after a few offers I decided on Jevnaker of the Norweigan Second Division (third tier).

I'm already through two and a half seasons, first year was just about clearing out all the deadwood and reshaping the squad. We finished 5th out of 14 teams but this was mainly down to a great run at the end of the season as at one point I thought I may get relegated. Second season the new look squad clicked and we won the league, just aswell as only one side gets promoted.

I'm now in my third season and am sitting in third place 4 points from a promotion place with half the season to go. Problem with my team is we average about 200 home fans per game (we take about 3 fans away!) so I have zero money and am getting by on free Scandanavian transfers for the most part.

My contract is up at the end of the season and I have started getting a few offers to move on, i'm not sure whether I will stay and although i'm enjoying it and we could get to the Premier League either this year or next with no support it will be tough to go much further.
