My second season is turning into a disaster. I don't have near the same defense I had, nor do I have an improved offense like I hope I would have. I am in some serious danger here.

Yea, I'm not doing that well in my second year with Millwall. After first off-season, we got a new owner and kept saying I'm getting replaced with a new coach. Thankfully, the new owner decided to keep me. Gave me 1.5M, used most of it on AM/ST Ryan Mason. I had him on loan from Tottenham in year 1, and liked him. Then sold Hameur Bouazza to some team for 5M. Also made some minor moves.

So far after 20 games, I'm 15th with 26 points. Once again, Keogh is leading the offense. Has 10 goals and 8 assists in the league. 15 goals and 11assists overall in 24 games.

I'm beginning to feel the pressure in my 4th season in Chelsea.

            Year 1 -
            League Title
            Carling Cup
            CL

            Year 2 -
            FIFA Club World Cup
            2nd in League

            Year 3 -
            3rd in League

            Year 4 -

After not losing a game through January I've hit some problems. I'm now 5 points being United and it's March. Out of the FA Cup but still in the CL and will be facing... United.

On the plus side my grand signing in Neymar is playing great. After scoring 7 goals he scored 1 goal in over 1000 minutes of play but he tearing it up in the assist column. Signing him took 3 year of negotiations though.

The problem for me is inconsistency since January.

Also I might eventually move to international management for a little while. I got offered a manager role at Argentina but they were just coming off a WC and I didn't want to take over a team that would be on the decline because of age in the next 4 years.

Guardiola is running Spain so that's out of the question. Wouldn't mind going to Portugal, Germany, Holland or even Italy though.

Not sure if any of you run this game on a Mac, but I was unable to start it from Steam the last few days. It was an issue with a Steam update, and the workaround is here: http://www.fm-base.co.uk/forum/conte...nning-mac.html

I quit Blackpool and joined recently relegated Newcastle. Not sure how they got relegated, but I'm taking them back up.

In my HSV save, Villa got relegated. When I saw that I immediately thought how you would react to such news.

Anyways, I don't need no stinkin' Europa League spot.

That's a really favorable draw. I usually see Olympiakos in the Europa.

I couldn't close the automatic bid up with Newcastle. I'm the top seed in the playoffs.

And I lost in the Final to Lecister City. To make up for my sorrows, 3 PRM teams offered me a job, and I took the Wigan job, as Everton was a mess and West Brom...well, I should have taken that job but whatever.

When Martinez left Wigan, he took 90% of the staff with him. I managed to scrape together a mix and match from whatever was left of Wigan, some Newcastle and Blackpool guys.

I think i'm going to try a 4-4-2 formation. My 4-3-3 was working well, but it seems that it is not quite the formation that can sustain itself in the Premiership.

And if they lose to Chelsea, you had the way better season.
