Haha, Cavani and Falcao cost me around €60m combined. Llorente came on free transfer so no too bad compared to what I sold as well.

And yeah Bezzey, Hazard is a boss in this game. Untouchable...

In 2013, did they by any chance, add a conversation option in regards to players coming off an injury?

On thing I don't like in 2012, when players complain about playing after an injury, there's no proper response. IMO.

Looks like the FM gods are doing everything in their power to prevent me from qualifying for the CL in my Chelsea save . Entering December i was 1 point up on Man City with a game in hand with great defense. Ever since then my defense has been completely shot allowing 2 goals a game since and im now currently in 3rd... 2 points clear of Arsenal and and 6 behind United.

Surprisingly no top club came after my players in the January window, All I did was stock up on some foreign youth talent for my U19 squad, securing the services of a 17-year old Brazilian Striker, a 15-year old Brazilian Midfielder, a 16-year old Danish Striker, a pair of 15-year old German defenders, and a 15-year old Czech Goalkeeper. The 17 year old is seeing some First team time right now, but he'll be a primary U19 player once My strikeforce are healed up.

After my best player went down with injury, I went on a bit of a tear, going 6-1-1 in La Liga play, as well as securing a Finals berth in the Spanish Cup for the second year in a row, I'll be facing(and most likely losing to) OM in the Europa League. I'm hoping for a top 10 finish in La Liga, but I'll settle for avoiding relegation.

I have the itch to play this game again so bad. I was in love with FM12 but my computer has some issues I was never able to straighten out. Do you still have to upload face packs and logos? How hard of a process is that?

            Obviously I am a noob.

You have to download them. Its literally as easy as downloading them and putting them in the correct folder.

Re: ***The Official Football Manager Thread***

After a year 2 choke job of losing the league championship and in the CL semi-final year 3 was a little bit of success and failure.

League Champions by a whole 15 points
                FA Cup Winners over Arsenal
Carling Cup Final loss to Arsenal
                CL Final loss to Liverpool

CL game was 6-5 in ET with Hazard getting 5 goals... yes 5 goals.

Year 4 so far is continuing on the success built from 3 and that's what we're doing so far despite the injury troubles. Hazard is out for 3-4 months with a torn calf.

So far we've done well with his absence. Brought in Heung Min Son in year 3 and loaned him for the entire season but this year he on the squad. So far in 10 games he has 8 goals and 6 assists. Only buy in the summer was De Rossi to help solidify the midfield.

Citeh on the other hand spent €105m over the summer. Insane.

My fans probably hate me so much. Everytime we play Barca or Madrid, I just lay down and play a bunch of reserves and use it as a rest day for my regulars.

Ouch, that was way more painful than I thought it would be, 10-1 Barcelona victory. Oh well, much needed rest!

So I accidentally didn't reset my tactic settings (I went to a basic 4-4-2 for my reserve blowout against Barca) and just had my Assistant Manager pick the lineup, once I started the game I realized my mistake. I switched it up a little bit without making any substitutions(positional versatility, ftw) and still managed to beat the favored Levante 2-0.

That's why you don't play the reserves... games like that will get you sacked.

Thankfully, I'm untouchable in job security right now. The good showings in the Europa League as well as the Spanish Cup are doing well for me. It doesn't hurt that I set up with "avoid relegation" as my league goal.

I had checked it out briefly, but never got around to actually sitting down and looking at it. The three country limit is a bit of a turn-off(I enjoy having multiple countries available)
