So in my Liverpool save, PSG are hard after Lucas Leiva. They offered 19 million with a ton of it installment based. I countered with 10 million upfront PLUS Marco Verratti and they accepted!!!

Wow, that's cheap for him with what they were offering. In the one time I was testing tactics as Liverpool I got about 36.5mil for him straight up.

I thought about upping the cash amount, but realized that I'd be down a midfielder. At that point, I saw Verratti and thought why not? I countered, suggested, and they accepted, much to my surprise. Verratti alone is about 35 million to pry so Leiva and 10 million - I'll take it for a guy who has the potential to be world class and 20 to boot

I have two players up front that could turn out in to world class players.

Since you're playing with the Red Bulls, do you have to follow a salary cap? I was going to use them since they're the closest MLS team to me but the salary cap is counterproductive and it makes me prefer not to manage a MLS team.

I think Red Bull owns about 5 soccer teams. The bigger ones are Red Bull Salzburg in Austria and New York Red Bulls. He is managing at Red Bull Leipzig, who are currently in the 3rd tier of Germany (and the Bundesliga in jvalverde's save universe).

I always forget there's an FM section on OS. I went over a year without playing FM and now I wonder why I ever stopped. Best sports game ever made. I've been getting back into it lately, re-learning everything.

After getting acquainted with FM 14 on a few test saves, I'm rolling with Dynamo Dresden in the 2. Bundesliga. Should be interesting, I always have fun in Germany. I'll post screens and updates later when I'm at my computer.
