Re: ***The Official Football Manager Thread***
It definitely means that, for me though I do enjoy ordering the statements in this way, because at least for me, I had to read it twice to fully understand it.
Though at the same time, I'm a Semi-Pro team with a ****ty HoYD, so it's probably all wrong anyway.
JK I'm not semi-pro anymore!

I ain't got no idea what an alder is, or why it got shot, but it's time to make it 2 for 2 in the only trophy that matters, the Buildbase FA TrophySupport Local Sports

Re: ***The Official Football Manager Thread***
Pretty eventful '22/'23 season, but Bilbao is Bilback in the Champions League.
One of the Chinese teams offered Muniain 30% more than he was making, so I took the $46 million and ran. Poached a couple youth prospects for a few million, nothing crazy.
On the field, we finished 4th in the league and had two deep runs in the Copa del Rey (lost in semis v Barca) and Europa League (lost in semis v Liverpool)...and I beat Barca in the league for the first time. Things are looking up.
In world news, England won the 2022 World Cup, defeating Argentina in the final. The golden ball winner, Stockport Iniesta aka Phil Foden.Attached FilesComment

Re: ***The Official Football Manager Thread***
I haven't played FM in like 6 months. Its feels weird coming back to it. But it also feels like I'm finally home for the first time in 6 months as well.
Thought I would do a mess around save to get back to it before starting an actual save. Went with Bayern Munich after siming until August 2020. I wasn't actually planning on going with Bayern, but they sacked Flick after losing the league to Dortmund, and getting knocked out of the CL in the R16 to PSG.
First year transfers:
Won the league by 16 points and the cup. But lost in the CL final to Barca 3-1.
So this summer I just did this:
We are going to win the CL this year dammit. And then I can start an actual save. Hopefully. Crazy they gave me 300M in transfer. I also ended up selling 123M in players too. And just two players. Thiago (61M) and Tolisso (62M). To Juve and Spurs.

Lost the Scudetto in the worst possible way on the last day. All I needed was a draw or win.

Curious everyone’s favorite skin?
Finally got a laptop yesterday with high enough resolution to be able to enjoy them.
I am over the moon, lol.
I really like the Heffem skin so far..

Re: ***The Official Football Manager Thread***
I've been using TCS 2020 since launch. I recently tried Tad 20 and while it looks great, it's missing my favorite view from TCS 2020, the match screen:
That single screen being missing had me switch back to TCS.

Man I love the stadium in the middle.
I have look at Tad and Heffem extensively. I really am not a fan of the way the attributes look on player screens in Tad.
However, I hate that Heffem doesn’t have the players listed on the tactic screen, like out to the side—but rather only in a list down below.
Womp.
