Its due to the different rules. League Two has different rules about free transfers and loans compared to the Premier league.

Finally decided on a Save for the year!...

        To revive Bolton!

what a mess this club is currently in!, -12 point deduction, and £40m in debt!

I also started with a league one team, Portsmouth, I want to get them back into the Premier League. And it has started nicely

Practically undefeated in 90 minutes, too bad I lost on penalties.

But the fact that I managed to get this guy even for a year on that salary is amazing and he is a big part of this current success.

The Hong Kong league was very easy for a first job.

Orlando FC went on about a 12 game unbeaten streak to start my first ever FM and MLS career. I’m slowly figuring out the game but not sure how I got off to such a great start.

Finally lost my first game last night to a lowly San Jose team. My striker Don Dwyer has like 9 goals already, but he was injured and we had an 11 day layoff for SJ. We didn’t play great, but tied it at 1 at about 70 min. I instructed very aggressive because I wanted the W but we conceded a late goal for our first lose. A couple recent draws and we actually sit 3 points behind NY FC.

I get soccer at a high level but I’ve never followed it. I don’t know any of the players but fun game so far.

I think we can all relate to some of these.

We also asked our readers for their best Football Manager stories, and they certainly didn't disappoint. Here's some of the best of them.

Mine (which I believe is in here as a video, as I decided to stream it) was playing in a Champions League final against Real Madrid, there is a mad scramble in my penalty area where the ball ends up with my keeper. Referee blows the whistle for what I think is a penalty. No, it's actually ruled a backpass. This is the first and only time I've seen this call in over a couple thousand hours playing the game over the years. The indirect FK is taken from like 2 yards off the line. The defensive AI has no idea how to handle this, so they score an uncontested tap in. We lost the match 2-1.

Ended up taking over Barnsley in the championship. Apparently they’re newly promoted, so the owner just wants me to survive.

The owner group prefers young players, so that’s the philosophy I’m going with.

They actually have a lot of young players with potential so it’s going to be interesting how I get on.

I'm howling over this, Low leaving out Ozil after Low goes to Arsenal is too much for me.

                      This is great.

Also means Emery was sacked at some point.

I feel untouchable. But I gotta say, I am really working hard on keeping the morale high, praising training performances, game performances, holding team meetings, criticizing when needed.

I gotta say tho that I am a bit concerned about how this team is going to look next season since my best players are mostly loaned.

I certainly have, and I've paid dearly.

All of a sudden my centrebacks are passing to their forwards for easy chances, can't handle long balls to save their lives, their players are scoring everything and I am in front by just 5 points now. Should I change the tactic, the one with which I conceded 4 goals in the previous 15 matches, I don't know, damn you FM.
