Mark my words, Liverpool will be just as if not even more dangerous next season. Rodgers is putting together a great squad that will slog its guts out and can finally be free from all the trash he brings to that badge. I've truly lost any remaining respect I had for Barca and it goes to show Barca's holier than thou image is and was a complete farce. The Cesc signing and selling was bad , this is disgraceful


There are rumors that we may be in for David Ospina as the GK signing. If that's true then he isn't coming to be a back-up and we will have a true GK battle.

What's wrong with Barca buying Suarez? I'm anti-Barca too but I don't see why they would pass up on a chance to get a player who scored 30 goals last season. And like I said before I'd much rather see him playing for Barcelona then playing for Liverpool and scoring against Arsenal.

The Khedira rumors seem to be heating up.

One thing is for certain, and that is that we're certainly not done doing business yet. What a wonderful change from past years.

I've been hesitant to post given the recent run of transfers we're on.

I believe in the direction, and I'm as excited as I've been in years. If we can follow through here and complete these deals, we have a title-contending team.

What's more exciting is that the additions can still be a part of this team - the togetherness earned us points last season.

One thing is for certain, and that is that we're certainly not done doing business yet. What a wonderful change from past years.

The Khedira situation is interesting. Reports in Spain claim us and Madrid have agreed on a fee, but now his agent says there have been no talks. I have a feeling this will drag on for awhile. Hopefully the RB, goalkeeper and CB situations are all finished soon so we can focus on Khedira or Bender.

Well, the Sanchez stories were also just rumors to start. All we have to go on with most things are rumors to start. It also depends on who the rumors are coming from, and when Sky or someone from Sky is talking about it, I'll listen more.

Anyway, even if we agreed on a fee, I don't see us meeting his wage demands if the reports are true.

Got a pretty good chuckle out of that. Great way to start the morning, thanks for that.

Who now are we after as a back-up striker? I figured after the season Remy had on loan, at a fairly average team, that AW would really want him. He's young, he's French, and he wanted less the 100k a week.

I'm just so thankful that we have two signed, sealed, and delivered already. As mentioned earlier, excitedly looking forward to seeing this team on match day 1.

Yeah, that cooled off awhile ago. David Ospina seems to be the name that we are linked to. He only would cost around £ 3 million and had a great World Cup. I wouldn't be susprised if we took someone else on loan too just as an insurance policy.
