There is no way Calum Chambers is really only 19. That kid is gonna be special. Just so composed and calm already.

The Ox truly was the difference. Ox provided the strong lung busting runs that broke down Palace. Ramsey in the 10 hole wasn't used where he was at his best. Alexis was really amped up and it showed. Heavy touches and crosses that were too powerful kept happening. His dribbling skills are nuts however and once he settles, he'll be awesome.

Jack has to step it up. He was poor most of the game when given his chance. He had a nice shot from the edge of box that was good, but wow he seemed way off the pace all day.

I agree Chambers was great, but I didn't think Ox was the difference maker. In fact, I thought Ox was really poor. He'd make a great run and then mess up his cross, kicking it out for a goal kick. He did this several times, and it was extremely frustrating to watch, given what we've all seen him be capable of. He's usually much better, so I'm not worried, but I thought he had an off day.

Yeah, he also looked very frustrated with himself. There wasn't really a takeover. We were poor throughout the game. It should have been Santi that went off, he had one of his worst performances of all time. Jack wasn't that bad, it's not like you can point your finger at him and say "he was the culprit". I actually think he had an okay game, not good but not bad either. Ramsey was poor but he saved us. Giroud his header was really clutch.

Chambers looks like the next big thing. I think Wenger might give him a shot at DM when the BFG is back. No way this kid is going to be on the bench with performances like this.

Off topic but has anyone bought the new kit? How does it fit compared to the Nike ones?

To be fair though, Crystal Palace was playing above average. Our midfield just wasn't clicking, they just need to play together more and it will get rolling.

On another note, I am really impressed with Palace's away kit. I thought this years Arsenal away kit was tight, but I think I like the lighter blue for CP.

I haven't yet, but I'm going to get a Ramsey kit soon. Just need to decide on home or away.

I'm hoping Sanogo started on Saturday because Wenger was hoping to rest Giroud for Tuesday. And if Wenger feels Giroud isn't match fit enough to start on Tuesday, I hope it's Campbell or Alexis up top. I think Sanogo has potential, but Tuesday's game is massive.

So, apparently Kos might be out for Tuesday, so Per is on "standby", even though he's not fully match fit.

Time to buy a ****ing CB, Arsene.

He is risking his Achilles if he doesn't let him rest properly. Why didn't Wenger have a possible CB replacement lined up after he sold Vermaelen, so frustrating.

Yeah, if you've put on a few lbs like I've done it's gonna be a little rough. even the ones for fans are tighter than the Nike ones were. The material a PUMA uses is real nice however and they not as "heavy" as the nike ones.

I'm rocking a Koscileny and I'll maybe grab a Zelalem kit too for Christmas.

We'll definitely get one, that I'm sure of. Arsene even said himself if Vermaelen left, he'd need to find a replacement.

The issue is that it hasn't happened yet.

Also annoying that after the match yesterday Arsene said he feels that the season "started too soon". Also known as the same ****, different year. The fact that we can never get our business done before the season starts is laughable.

We won yesterday, even playing poorly, but this "the season snuck up on us" is just absurd.

Don't let this cost us, Arsene. Please.
