He can dribble too, something that I hope Walcott and Alexis work on.

Yeah he did again. He made one blunder that Ba couldn't take advantage of. Other than that, he was very calm, composed and solid.

But yeah, our attack looks impotent right now

Chambers looked very good, made a couple of misjudgements but that's to be expected, he seems older than 19 with how he plays though! I'm fairly happy with the 0-0, I'd like to see the Ox play in place of Ramsey next week. But we really need a DM, CB and another striker. As much as I like Giroud, he had a couple of opportunities tonight that a world class striker would have finished.

And I'm encouraged by Debuchy too. Our defense should be top notch this year (provided we sign another CB, or if we don't and avoid injuries). Our attack needs a ton of work, but I keep having to remind myself that neither Walcott or Ozil are in the squad right now.

just watched the highlights. We probably shoulda won 2-0 maybe 3-0 but just couldn't finish. I didn't get to see the whole game but I don't think everything is as bad as it seems. Lets see what happens when the Germans get back.

Would have liked to see us win but we should win at the Emirates. Some thoughts:
-If Giroud plays like that regularly we are in trouble. He was clumsy all night and off the pace. Competed with Cazorla for most ineffective player
-Defending solid and Chambers continues to be solid
-We need Ozil back quickly. Just felt his quality would have really helped tonight
-Demba Ba, now we know why Mou dumped you

I've been impressed with Debuchy as well. He really does get forward into attacking positions down the flank and puts in dangerous crosses. £12m quid in today's market looks a bloody good bargain.

On a side note, it hurt a little watching Cesc play in blue. Still love him, but I hope he plays terribly against us

Looks like we're going in for Cavani. Personally I feel he'd be a good fit. If we bring in him, Khedira, and another CB [Say, Manolas?] and it'd be a nice transfer window ending. Also we're said to be in talks with Reus but I'm not believing that one till he signs the contract. Just a bit of transfer news floating around...

Just saw this quote from Wenger. It hurts.

"I have no regrets that Fabregas joined Chelsea. My only regret is that he left us in the first place."

BREAKING: Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti says Sami Khedira and Angel di Maria have asked to leave club. #SSNHQ

                            Go and get Khedira, Arsene!

I also wouldn't say no to di Maria. You could play him on the left and move Sanchez up top.

got a good chuckle out of that.

I think Wojo could go ahead and start in the sticks, but I love the back 4.

On a bit more serious note, would love to have Kos and the BFG back in there and see how CC did at DM. The way he has played so far, and the way he has distributed the ball from the back on occassion - I think he would do great. He's already shown (barring the two misjudgments in Turkey and the one against Palace) that he can play D beyond his years.

Already a little nervous about going to Goodison Park, what with the offense looking so barren. Someone mentioned it earlier, but would like to see Campbell get a run up front. He wants to score goals.

Honestly it won't hurt me at all. As an Arsenal fan I am quite use to it by now so I cannot be hurt by Cesc being in Blue. There was nothing worse for me than following van Persie throughout his whole career from his time in Feyenoord and eventually to my Favorite EPL team only to eventually go to Man Utd and basically win them a title, that hurt bad.... made me not even watch much Football that year.
