Re: ***The Official Arsenal Gunners" Thread***
The only other "negative" was Ramsey. He gave the ball away a lot and for me looked tired. I think he needs a good rest before the Spurs game. Other than that it was a good performance after a poor start. First half definitely one of the best so far. Hope this kickstarts our season
While more than 9 points from five games would be nice, at least we're still undefeated in the league. So we have that going for us.Last edited by Krebstar; 09-20-2014, 03:14 PM.Comment

I'd really like to see no current "starters" out there. If we move on, great—if not, oh well. I'd take another FA Cup run, but league cup, eh, it's a waste right now.
I really hope that neither Kos or Per start. Please give those guys seven days off.Comment

And we can't recall Jenkinson until January. Not sure that Arsene would even if he could, though.Comment

Well, at least now we can focus on more important competitions. And Alexis did score a cracker of a goal.
However, in bad news, Stan Kroenke has taken £3m out of the club.

We had a ton of chances but just couldn't put home the equalizer. I'm not too disappointed given the team we put out there and the lack of prestige of the competition, but given the result I wish Alexis and Wilshere had been rested.Comment

I think they will be better prepared than they were under Sherwood lol. I expect Pochettino to play an expansive game. It won't be easy. They have some decent players but I think we'll come out on top. 2-1 is my predictionComment

Re: ***The Official Arsenal Gunners" Thread***
Well, we dominated, but it was the same story it's always been. If you can't put the ball in the back of the net, you won't win. We got into dangerous positions but didn't create enough dangerous chances. A 1-1 draw to Spurs isn't bad, but it's frustrating given the way we dominated.Comment
