Watching the ACC Tourney on ESPN and it came across the bottom of the screen that "Arsenal will target Joachim Low if they decide to part ways with Arsene Wenger this summer." That would be a big get, but I'm kind of skeptical that they can pull it off. I'm also not confident that they would actually FIRE Arsene. It's going to be interesting.

I don't think it's outside the realm of possibility that he's sacked, but it's treated as a mutual decision for him to go. The players have clearly given their vote, which is they'd like him to go. The chief executive wanted him to go last Summer, and I'm sure he has not done what he said he'd do before signing the last contract (return to the CL).

The steps are clearly being taken for life without Arsene, it's now just a matter of when. Andrew and James made great points on Arsecast Extra this week when discussing how silent the club has been in regards to Raul Sanllehi. We sign a Director of Football who spent the last fourteen years at Barcelona and we make one measly news story about it on the official website, and now we never hear anything else about him. It seems deliberate steps are being taken to distance the new leadership from Arsene and his reign so that it's a clear separation between the two eras, or whatever you'd like to call them.

Perhaps he stays another year—I wouldn't be surprised. But for the first time in my life, I will not be surprised if he's sacked.

I can see a possibility of a "mutual agreement" for him to move on, but after 21 years, I honestly can't see a scenario where he is "sacked." They will want to make it look like a prettier split. I have no problem with that. No matter how bad things are, he probably deserves to be allowed to go out with some dignity. As much as I hate to say it, because I've always respected Wenger A LOT, it's time for a change.

I like the idea of Low, but I'm skeptical seeing as how his experience is mainly with Germany. Day-to-day club operations are slightly different, and while I'm optimistic about his adaptability, I'd be happier with someone who had more recent(and successful) club experience.

This isn't to say that I wouldn't be happy with Low, but it certainly wouldn't be met with unbridled optimism like some appointments might've been.

I've also completely changed my stance in terms of what type of manager I'd prefer to see. This past year I've wanted someone to come in and steady the ship, someone with plenty of experience, and perhaps even someone who we knew would only stay a few seasons.

Now? I'm completely fine with someone younger who isn't as proven or as experienced. We need gradual changes behind the scenes, which is why it's a positive that Raul and Sven have been brought in. But in the squad? We need to shake things up with training, tactics—everything.

I no longer care if it's evolutionary or revolutionary—I just want something different.

How would you feel about a young guy like Eddie Howe? It'd be interesting to see what he could do with a bigger club.

I'm expecting a loss today, but my overall mood will be determined by how much effort is shown on the pitch. Milan are on an excellent run, no shame in losing, I just hope we bother to show up.

I guess I can't say no at this point based on what I said already, but I worry if he'd have the right presence for what the squad needs right now.

I know it sounds crazy, but I'd rather take Henry over someone like Howe right now. I know, it's crazy, but he'd come in and at least light a fire and be a drastic change just because he has no actual experience. I worry with someone like Howe that he'd come in and not be as big of a change as we require, and would possibly be too...timid? I just don't know if he has the gusto for what we need right now.

I'm worried, as I don't believe Arsene can motivate the squad or that we have players capable of motivating the squad given the current state of management and ownership.

Milan are going to be mentally ready and hungry, and I worry that it will propel them to physically bull over us.

If we do a clear out, I wouldn't mind Vieira at the top and Henry assisting.

Sead Kolasinac will never have a man bun/top knot, and I love that about him.

I think recently it has been fairly quiet regardless of the result, and it has often been pretty quiet around the Europa League games, because...Europa League.
