Re: ***The Official Arsenal Gunners" Thread***
Yeah I mean I’ll be wearing mine weekly. Lol.
In other news, just finished watching.
Fair to say I am quite pleased. Willian already earned his transfer fee.
Can’t really knock anyone today. All very solid.
I do realize it’s Fulham. But you still have to do the business.

Daily Mail (I know not always reliable) say a £10m bid for Brentford goalkeeper David Raya is on the cards once Martinez leaves.Comment

Torreira to Torino is looking very likely. It seems too good to be true, but I now don't see how we don't add another midfielder before the window closes.
If from here forward we see the following:
In: Aouar/Partey, 2nd Keeper
Out: Emi, Torreira, Kola, Sokratis
I'd consider that a great window. Include Guendouzi in the out, and it's an even better window. His attitude issues + his inability to move the ball on quickly (which is now more essential than ever) are enough for me to want it to end.Comment

Yes! I got a Tierney away kit. Absolutely brilliant.
I saw the ladies had red socks and thought it was a much better look than the white socks we’ve worn.
With that said, I typically don’t like white socks with any kits.

Re: ***The Official Arsenal Gunners" Thread***
Seems like lots of things are going on right now.
Emi is headed to Villa, Torreira to Torino, Runnarson seems set to be our second keeper, and Auba's contract renewal announcement seems imminent.
Haven't felt this confident regarding transfer ins and outs in...well, maybe ever.Comment

Re: ***The Official Arsenal Gunners" Thread***
Yes, he's being paid well, but he would've been paid well anywhere he went. I love that he chose to stay at the club because he wants to be at the club.
I haven't been this optimistic about an Arsenal season...ever?
By that, I don't even mean what we can win, or challenge for, I just mean in terms of the direction we're headed. There are finally positive signs all around, and Arteta is helping build something that players want to be a part of. I'm optimistic for what this season will do for the future, essentially.
Good Tuesday.Comment
