Semifinals in the FA Cup and Champions League, not too shabby. Now it's time to take the next step...

Thanks, Royce. I didn't get to watch the game, so it was nice to read that the fans were singing for Pires during the game. Classy move and well deserved as he was truly an Arsenal great. In fact, if I could find his home kit from the 03-04 season for sale, I'd be very tempted to buy it...

          As would I.

          And congratulations!

This team is looking great right now, and I can't help but wonder how the league standings would be looking if we had this team at the beginning of the season.

Anyone have any idea what the lineup is going to look like vs. Chelsea?

With Gibbs and Sagna out, our defense could be in trouble.

nothing but rumor and speculation at the moment but im guess Silvestre at Left Back which scares me silly with Song in Central defense

though Denilson is also been mentioned at LB (a'la Flamenie)

I would honestly rather them try Denilson at LB than see Silvestre there. Leave him at CB. Also Song has been too good at DM to move right now.

With our injury depleted back line and with Chelsea letting in 3 goals a pop recently. I think it will take at least 3 goals to win this tie.

Ah yes, the 4-1-5. Seriously though, that would be some sick talent all on the field at once... Is tomorrow's game on FSC or Setanta?

                        Setanta, I believe.

It should be a cracking game tomorrow, and with Essien most likely marking Cesc, we'll need some playmakers on the pitch with Nasri and Arshavin.

we might need to win a tackle in midfield as well
playing against Lampard Ballack and Essien you need some power
Song to stay in Midfield and we go back to our 4-2-diamond thingy with van pursie playing in the hole

anyway im off to find my seats at the game woohoo via a pub or three

I have to agree with the announcers in that Fabianski looks dreadful. And Anelka hits the post... looks like there will be a few more gray hairs for me.

Just me or did our goalie let us down today? We looked outplayed for most of the game but Fabianski let two saveable goals in. I thought Eboue was going to score at the end there.

When the hell is this frickin team going to get an elite world-class goalkeeper that this team deserves?

Even when healthy, Almunia is hardly anything to write home about. Fabianski was just pathetic. I'm incredibly frustrated with this today- we need somebody like Cech eventually.
