That could be dirty good.

I think a strong case could be made for Cameron playing next to Bradley in the midfield. He looked damn good there over the summer.

If Zusi isn't completely game fit I could see LD playing in his spot. If not I'd like him on the left side with Fabian dropping to left back. Fabian can push still push up because LD likes to cut in more. Zusi likes to hug the touchline more so whoever's at right back can play a bit more conservative/defensively.

My preferred lineup, even if Zusi is fit:

Howard (or Guzan) - at this point is there really much difference?
Evans-Gonzo-Besler-Beasley
Jones-Bradley
Donovan-Dempsey-Johnson
Altidore

Zusi is good, but he isn't good enough to break into this lineup IMO.

Except he already has? You're not replacing Zusi with Johnson. It'll be interesting to see how quick Klinns inserts LD into a group that's been running like a machine

I would hope he would play his best players. And Donovan>Zusi in pretty much every aspect of the game. I prefer Fabian on the left to Zusi.

Landon showed me more than enough during the Gold Cup to think that he should be in any match where we are starting the A team.

I think the point he was kind of trying to make(I think) is that the team with Donovan has done well, and it'd be a shame to see it broken up. I, for one, have loved what I've seen from Graham Zusi, and I'd hate to see him replaced on the wing. However, he also(and I also) admit that Donovan > Zusi

That's what I gathered, I could probably be wrong.
