During Darwin's goal I was sitting on my phone, and everyone stood up, I looked up to see Darwin had the ball and told my friend that Darwin was gonna lob the keeper.

Hot damn I love that man. Christian Ramirez coming deeper to gather the ball and becoming more of a distributor for Quintero is slightly frustrating, but he's adapted so well. Ibarra's goal was so pretty.

Quintero was responsible for all 3 goals.

I think the writing is on the wall for Ramirez with the Rodriguez signing.

The rumours have been about trading Ramirez or trading Danladi. Personally would rather trade Danladi, but I know Ramirez will fetch more.

I agree a lot with Petke here, I feel like more MLS fans do as well.

Not sure if you've watched the replay yet, but his point about Quintero on the first goal is nonsense. He didn't go down because Quintero extended his arm. He went down because he felt contact and flopped. Usually defenders get away with that but not this time.

Dude had a foot and probably 50 pounds on Quintero. Grow a set!

My TFC have a better record in Mexico (1-1-1) then away from home in the MLS (1-7-2) this year.

We're winless in six after losing to Orlando who had been winless in nine.

Seems like the old, bad TFC is back after two fun seasons.

They're going the Blue Jays route, except TFC made it to the finals twice, and won a championship in the process. Winning at least helps ease the pain of losing in the following years.

Just hope TFC doesn't go back to the laughingstock team they were before. As great as it is to see these MLSE teams doing so well, it can just as easily go the other way, and part of the turnaround is because of a guy not even with MLSE anymore, so you never know what could happen.

I played nearly 2000 hours of Football Manager 13 and one of my favorite signings of a real player (non-regen) was signing Darwin Quintero to my Sounders team. He partnered very effectively with Andy Carroll for a few years at the top of my 4-4-2 and was awesome to have.

Always had a soft spot for him after that.

Scary/crazy moment in a TFC game:

It's ridiculous how that even got in the stadium in the first place. Security at places are so strict about things like bringing in outside food to the building, but a group of people can sneak in flares?

I hate when things happen at a game, and it seems like they don't know who did it. People online have pointed towards a specific supporters group as the likely suspect. But how do stadiums not have enough cameras that they can capture things like that? Not just talking this instance, but in all sporting events.

5 of the next 6 on the road. Totally expecting to get about 5 of those points to ruin any playoff hopes.

Sure play well at home though!

I love the playoff dream, but I have no expectations for that. As long as we keep playing well and keep scoring these nice goals I'll be happy. Playoffs or not.

All star game tonight if anyone cares.

Not surprising at all, but Ronaldo won't be playing. It would've been a cool sight to see Ronaldo vs MLS All Stars.

zlatan also isn't playing, also the timing of this sucks a bunch, i kind of want to watch, but I don't want to support the notion that we need an all-star game in the middle of a packed schedule for some teams.
