Re: MLS Discussion Thread
Was just thinking. When MN played Toronto in a friendly, Giovinco scored two goals right away then stopped trying. He might score 6 against us.Comment

Watching Jonathan Osorio miss a golden chance or two every game by firing 20 feet over the net is a habit I'd like to break as a TFC fan. He's just infuriating.Comment

That's more like it. 4-2 Minnesota. Actually looked like a competent team.Comment

Rapids looked terrible in KC, and Tim Howard was really mad at Dom Dwyer.Comment

Re: MLS Discussion Thread
Came back from 2-0 down at halftime at Houston to gain a 2-2 draw.
Starting to put together some competent performances. Next goal: Allow fewer than 2 goals in a match.
Also, Christian Ramirez is one of the best US strikers in the league, and Bruce Arena should probably be keeping an eye on him.Last edited by ImTellinTim; 04-17-2017, 10:09 AM.Comment

Re: MLS Discussion Thread
He has scored tons of goals at literally every level he's been at, so I always thought he was one of maybe 2-3 from the NASL side that would make it. That number is down because I really think Ibarra is just what he is and there's not going to be much improvement there.Comment

Re: MLS Discussion Thread
As is tradition, I talk him down, and Ibarra scores the only goal in a 1-0 win. A clean sheet! I saw it live with my own two eyes.Comment

Re: MLS Discussion Thread
The clean sheet was encouraging, going into the game we hadn't gone an entire half all season workout conceding.
Back to back wins would be niiiice.University of Minnesota Golden Gopher Hockey
