    That was nice!

    Giroud with a sweet touch.

Giroud really coming into his own this season. Recapturing his Ligue 1 form.

Seemed like a decent first half for Spurs, outside of the goal obviously. Townsend has had a couple good shots, and Paulinho has almost gotten a couple opportunities. Hoping to see them score their first goal of the season that isn't from the penalty spot!

Spurs going forward - not impressive at all.

I don't know what is funnier...Spurs spending us under the table and still can't beat us or United hiring a manager who can't beat anyone of relevance on the road. Especially Liverpool.

                          Spurs. It's Spurs.

While I want us to spend, I was absolutely sick of hearing our lack of spending compared to their spending.

Don't sell your best player, Spurs. Arsenal is a prime example. You can't replace quality with quantity.

The difference is that they at least shipped his butt off the Spain and not a league rival.

Spurs looked anemic going forward today for 80 mins. They dropped the cash on Soldado but can't get him any service. Lamela and Ericksen should help out with that.

I wouldnt get too excited Gooners considering Spurs are breaking in a new attack. For that amount of cash you have to sell but I'd still rather have Bale.

Well, we at least shipped off Cesc to Spain.

I'll wait and see what we do tomorrow before I'm too excited. If we don't bring in real quality, then the next time we meet Spurs I'm sure the result will be different.

Today was still great to show us that we have quality, but in order for us to win something, or even finish 4th, we need some help. We don't need the amount of players Spurs have brought in for example, but we need some.

Yep, absolutely no service to Soldado today. They had Townsend a left footer on the right wing and Chadli, a right footer on the left. All they did all game was cut inside on their favored foot. Numerous times they had the fullbacks, Walker and Rose bombing forward but instead of feeding it out wide they greedily cut in and took a shot. They had Soldado, Dembele, Capoue and Paulinho begging for crosses into the box.
