That has to be the first time a club has been bottom of their league after they clinch a spot in the Champions League knockout stage.

I've seen teams win trophies and get dropped from the top flight, but never this. And for sure not this late into the campaign. Dortmund being rock bottom almost at the holiday break is unfathomable and baffling to me.

I honestly believe they ain't going down and eventually, they'll make a run. They can just as easily win 10 on the bounce as they can't buy a win right now. They are way too talented not to, but the Champions League may be getting further and further out of reach.

Amd what's weird is that they are doing so well in their champions group. Im sure the injuries aren't helping the situation. When was the last time they fielded all their best players?

Finally Dortmund pull out a win, what a difference with Gundogan and Hummels returning to the lineup but man the officiating against Dortmund was horrible as it has been all year.

Dortmund just confirmed the signing of Kevin Kampl from Red Bull Salzburg.

If you don't know who he is, it's time to find out.
I GUARANTEE he'll be the best player for BvB in the next few years. I'm a huge RBS fan and have watched every single game of Kampl in the last 3 years. He's phenomenal and one of the biggest game changers in football today.

Here's a few videos of his plays, made by me and my friend. (I believe I'm allowed to post them).

Saw him play for Slovenia this year and count me as one of his admirers. Really special talent that may be the player that pushes Slovenia to competing at Euros and World Cups down the line

Oh and Dortmund lost to the only team below them in the table, Weder Bremen, and sit in the relegation zone at the Winter Break. What a dumpster fire... It's sad cause with that crazy athmosphere at home, I don't get how these guys are hemorrhaging points there too.

Not entirely sure if this deserves it's own thread, but Junior Malanda of wolfsburg apparently died in a car accident. Seemed to be a very promising player but it's tragic to see any life cut so short.

Just saw that. Sad deal. He was a stud for me in one of my Liverpool saves.

Just a reminder to everybody not to drive too fast in poor conditions.

Absolutely heartbreaking. I was hoping Chelsea would pick him up in '13 when he was going to Wolfsburg.

This just goes to show that life can be taken for granted sometimes. It can end at any given moment. It just sucks that it can happen to anyone.

Dortmund lose at home to Augsburg.

The relegation battle is very, very real.

Watched it on DVR last night. Right now it feels like I'm rubbernecking a car crash and fire. Ciro Immobile has no business leading that line right now and Reus has nobody to feed service to. This team lives off the counter looks fresh out of ideas once they go behind and can't soak up pressure.

As bad as it is, one win and other results going their way jumps them 4 spots. They are not going to be relegated. Too much talent.

Although it shouldn't be THIS bad, this is what you get for selling your best players to a direct rival.

Dortmund is a mess. I am disappointed in them. However with that said, not that upset they're there. I am looking forward to seeing FC Ingolstadt 04 make the jump up with the Brazilian Roger and the American Alfredo Morales. Ingo's strikers are solid as well.
