Would probably be a good stepping stone for Marco Silva actually. Higher quality of player than Watford has, more ambitious club etc. He's a good coach.

Although I think Chelsea will go after him when Conte inevitably leaves at the end of the season. Either that or Brendan Rodgers.

My little dream I had yesterday was that Arsene decides to leave at the end of the season and Arsenal grab Silva. Won't happen, of course.
