Burnley are easy to cheer for? They are literally Pulis-era Stoke v2.0.

I do like Dyche, so hopefully he doesn’t take the Everton job because I don’t want to dislike him. That being said, if the alternative is Everton getting Fonseca then I’d rather they get Dyche.

It could just be Pulis that's clogging my judgment, but to me Burnley are a bit more of the plucky underdogs, while Stoke were the mindless orcs.

But I'm sure it's mostly that Pulis is not the manager...and that Burnley fans don't boo an Arsenal player for having his leg broken.

Yeah I think you are maybe having trouble getting past Pulis's hat-wearing face.

Burnley plays the same way, and they are quite dirty as well and have plenty of orcs in their team. They are definitely the underdogs in the sense that they have the least amount of money and whatnot, but their style and execution are almost identical to Pulis's Stoke.

Lasted seven months. Will be interesting to see who they hire this time.

So Hammers fans can expect in the January window to see Victor Anichebe and Joleon Lescott through the door. Are Tony Hibbert and Steven Pienaar retired?

Part of me doesn't buy the Bilic sacking as of right now. They'll have to pay him nothing to get rid of him in the Summer as his contract is up, and as long as they're not relegated I can see the club being fine with staying up and restarting next year without having to pay to sack a manager.

Or he's gone tomorrow...I just won't be surprised if they keep riding it out.

I wouldn't be surprised to see him given 3 more matches. Their next 3 on paper don't look impossible.

I think this is why I can see him continuing. If they take some points from those first three games, they'll let him stick with it. Then in the next three, he'll be expected to not take as many, so when he doesn't it won't be the end of the world.

It just seems like he'll do enough (keep them up) for them to not want to make a switch now.

                              Actually yes.

After United most people just figured he was in way over his head, since he actually was a good manager at Everton.

                              At this point though...

I mean, look at the guys who get recycled through various jobs. To me, it's surprising it took this long.
