I guess Lewa is just never going to win a BdO

He was 4th in the voting? That's absurd actually.

Benz should have won it but the year they cancelled the BdO where Bayern won

      UCL
      Bundesliga
      Pokal
      Super Cup
      Club World Cup

AND he scored like 60 goals. He was criminally ROBBED.

Yeah not robbed this year, Benz is deserving, but 4th behind Mane and KDB? Guy gets no respect for this award.

KDB wasn’t even the best midfielder on his own club team over the past year.

Not that many of you would care, but I was interviewed about my fandom of Viborg in Denmark.

Important to note it will only be every 4 years and in the summer before the World Cup.

I like the idea of improving the Club World Cup but jumping from seven teams to 32 teams without any agreement with the federations seems pretty ambitious even by FIFA's it's-all-about-the-money standards. 32 clubs would mean a lot of games to an already busy schedule for the top clubs.

I'm excited to watch the Colorado Rapids tangle with Bayern Munich II in Morocco in 2025.

Exactly. If we're going to include every confederation, we're going to get plenty of teams no one has ever heard. And there's going to be some serious serious talent gap. Real Madrid vs an Australian team, etc. That already happens in the yearly final.

Insane that Lewandowski's ban is temporarily lifted right before the derby with Espanyol after the appeal has been rejected three times previously. Not surprising, but complete bs.

Similar to me right now. Feels like I'm done with the NFL after the laundry list of grievances I have over the past two years (and just about all of them boil down to their never-ending quest for more monies). Its kind of funny that the last straw was the relatively minor incident with Pat McAfee.

Might try to catch some Serie A matches when I can. I'm something of an Italianphile anyway lol

Some guy named Oriol Soldevila who plays for third tier Intercity and spent time in La Masia has a hat trick against Barcelona in the Copa del Rey.

For those of us who have watched entirely too much La Liga, the true Main Event has announced his retirement

Lahoz done at the end of the season.
