The only proven leader here is Bale. He's done it with Spurs and Wales. The others are great players who needs a proper leader.

The captain's band is just a band. Being a leader is something else in my opinion. I'll agree somewhat that C. Ronaldo seemed to put away his snotty-kid behavior last time with Portugal, though.
