Usually Liverpool likes to have anything from 1st to 3rd possible on Match Day 6, so I am not sure how to react to this.

Literally anything can happen in that group now. Real were probably hoping Gladbach would win that and have passage to the knockouts wrapped up. Now they're going to get Glabach's best shot.

I'd expect a ton of changes from whoever plays against Wolves.

Just watched the highlight. One to show the youngsters why you never give up on your run. You never know!

PSG up early after a good finish by Neymar. Completely pinning United back so far, but that's not very surprising. Cavani waits for his revenge...

                  Inconsistency kills me.

Fred's headbutt was actually a headbutt of sorts unlike Pepe's well covered 'headbutt' not long ago.

So, Fred should be off (if not a red, two yellows) an McTominay should also now have a yellow for his step on Neymar's ankle. Yeah, yeah, he didn't mean it. Right, because I always step backwards onto people pretending that I have no idea they're there.

                    Keep rolling Neymar—you deserve to.

Fred’s second yellow is on OGS. Pogba, Matic, and Mata all on the bench and he leaves on Fred who was destined to be sent off. Really odd.

I get grief from my friends all the time for saying stuff like "he clearly meant to do that" etc.

Football fans in general largely seem to want 100% proof of something or there is no possible way you could say a player did something intentionally.

It's so easy to just play that off like he didn't mean to, but even in Sunday leagues players do stuff like that all the time. There is zero chance McTominay did that on accident, but of course you could never prove that, which is kind of the whole point isn't it?

Professional players do stuff all the time on "accident", because they know they will get away with it because intent is so hard to prove.
