Sounds like the Corinthians stuff is indeed true. Every English paper is running it in todays paper. And the story is the same in all of them unlike the Nasri situation or other situations the papers run with to get some readers.

Yep. I wanted to wait until morning to see if it had legs, and it seems like it does.

In Bendtner going to Germany news, Hamburg have said they're very interested in him but don't feel that they'll be able to land him.

Spurs have turned down Chelsea's £27 million bid for Modric. Harry is hilarious, stating he's not for sale and that's it. But he's worth over £30 million, hint hint, nudge nudge.

Luka Modric is 'not for sale and that's it', Spurs manager Harry Redknapp has said, adding that the player is worth more than £30m

Indeed. I don't see anyone paying that kind of money for a dude that will want to go somewhere else every year.

The Sun had this little dozy

Arsenal will bring in "Mexico whizkid Carlos Fierro" for £2 million .

                  Stay away Carlos, stay away.

We can't help the last Carlos we bought from Mexico wasn't that good.

Oh no. Sitting behind the goals is no longer safe in the EPL unless you're willing to risk a concussion.

Brilliant. Too bad that is 1 out of the 100 on target. Later in that game he sent one to Manchester.

His best ever goal was against Man Utd: Barthez had NO chance!
