quiet you and let me dream, RVP/Rooney/Hernandez on par with CR7/Rooney/Tevez .Comment

Re: The Transfer Thread
I'm only on board with this move if RVP is acquired for 20m or less. More than that would be stupid considering his health record and age.Comment

Re: The Transfer Thread
SAF has come out and confirmed that Man U did, in fact make a bid. Then he blamed Arsenal for leaking it - vintage Fergie.
Speaking to MUTV, Ferguson said: "Obviously Arsenal have given out the fact that we've made a bid for him. We try to keep business as close as possible to us until the moment we conclude a deal. There's no point talking about something that might not happen.
"There are other clubs interested in the player. We've shown an interest and that's where we're at at the moment."
Not much to see here so far other than teams are interested and making bids, which you'd expect.Comment

It's business as usual at Arsenal. Then they talk same crap about wanting to compete. The board an Arsene are like a broken record at this point."The academic support at Ohio State, there is no way you can fail. Even if you're giving minimal effort there is no way you can fail."

They say were after Carzola again. The same Carzola who supposedly turned us down last season for powerhouse Malaga.Last edited by ZM Punk; 07-21-2012, 02:48 PM."The academic support at Ohio State, there is no way you can fail. Even if you're giving minimal effort there is no way you can fail."

Re: The Transfer Thread
Yup, super quality guys that are willing to make less money than they would get at any other big club. I guess the pickings would be kinda slim in that case, SMH.

As for Carzola, I would love that signing. If the rumors about Malaga's poor financials are true and they need to sell their top players, I would hope Arsenal get moving quickly before other clubs swoop in so we're not facing a repeat of the Mata situation from last summer.Comment

Re: The Transfer Thread
No chance they get £20m for a 29 year old, injury prone striker. And from the looks of it(if reports are to be believe, which you probably can't), City and Juve dont want to even get to 12M.Comment

Re: The Transfer Thread
We definitely should not, but I still have a feeling in this day and age that someone will inevitably throw way too much at us as they won't recall his lack of playing before last season.Comment
