We may not win the league, but we're also not a chore to watch every week. Been there, it sucks.

On paper, United and Spurs have just as good of a squad as Liverpool though. Chelsea will too if we manage to keep Hazard and co.

Alphonso Davies to Bayern Munich for 13m in January, incentives can go to 20m. Current highest fee for a player departing the MLS(I admittedly didn't look very hard, so feel free to call me out)

Yeah, it is. The old record was Jozy to Villarreal for $11.6M

He may not have ever reached his potential, but I'll always love me some Jozy.

              I haven't researched it but I'm guessing it's a record for a Canadian player.

Weird part is he is staying with Vancouver for the rest of the season. I think its because he is only 17 and doesn't turn 18 until November. I don't think he can play in Germany until he's 18.

Vancouver probably need him a lot more than Bayern do, doesn't seem that weird to me.

He can finish the season then move to Bayern, train with the first team until January and then go on loan for the rest of the season.

Nah, the cut off is 17 in Germany. I'm sure its just part of his development plan they set out for him.

                    It's 18:

"FIFA's regulations dictate international transfers regarding minors are only accepted in three scenarios: (1) the player's parents have moved to another country for non-related reasons; (2) the move takes place within the European Union if the player is aged between 16 and 18; or (3) the player's home is less than 50 kilometres from the national border being crossed."

Same reason why Josh Sargent had to wait until this 18th birthday to officially sign with Werder Bremen. Also the reason why Barcelona had a transfer ban in 2014/15.

Ah, right. Because its outside the EU. I forgot about that part. If the transfer was from another German club, or say a French club, he could have moved now as he was 17 on January 1st.

Poor man version of Heskey... I’m insulting someone in this post aren’t I? lol

Honestly, I just wanted to make a Heskey reference for the hell of it.

It’s a tragedy that Heskey became a meme because he was what Drogba was before Drogba even went to Chelsea.

So Fulham will finish mid table and West Ham will be relegated right?
